Training and equipping new and existing leaders is a fundamental strand of the DNA of Relational Mission.

Stef Liston explains:

LEAD is a leadership training programme for aspiring leaders and those who are already leading in a church or secular marketplace context, and for those looking to help develop the next generation. LEAD offers a firm theological foundation and practical training for ministry in the church and in your workplace.

LEAD is run in the UK from our training bases in Norwich and Maidstone, and we are also pioneering LEAD training in the Netherlands and Germany. Find out more about LEAD here.

LEAD is run in partnership with Revelation Church and based in Camden, UK.

Stand Alone (No need to ...)

Stand Alone (No need to ...) is a new initiative from Relational Mission Training, which aims to provide training and equipping for everyone across Relational Mission. Stand Alone is not a training course; rather, each event stands alone. Each event will, however, provide an opportunity to join others from across Relational Mission for training and equipping with a family feel - hence the no need to strapline.

ID: Intentional Discipleship

ID is an opportunity to take a year out and to have the truth of your identity in Christ imprinted on your heart. Theology is taught during residential training blocks, and you'll get to develop spiritual disciplines and lay down godly rhythms in your life. Your faith will be stretched and your character refined, and, through it all, you'll be trained and mentored via work experience in a local church.

ID is run in partnership with The City Church and based in Canterbury, UK.

If you'd like to find out more, we'd love to hear from you. You can email us, or call the Norwich training base on +44(0)1603 765795.
